This talk discusses recent technological advancements and biological discoveries made by my group using coherent Raman scattering and fluorescence microscopy. Following this, I will introduce the real-time precision opto-control (RPOC) technology developed in my lab, which allows for precise control of biochemical processes in live systems. RPOC leverages fast opto-electronic feedback to enable real-time decision-making and laser control during laser scanning.
